The hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto Station.
Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered several issues. the shared laundry facilities were quite limited, an inconvenience for longer stays, as I had to wait a long time to use the washers. I also felt that the cleanliness of some areas, especially near the sink and bathtub, could have been improved. I noticed hairs and dust that detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment of the room. Lastly, I found it challenging to locate the hotel upon arrival, which added unnecessary stress after a long journey.

Why it might work for you – or not
Cordial greetings strike you once you step inside! The breakfast spread is delightful, and a unique amenity bar is available for guests. Complimentary evening snacks and drinks add a fun touch to your stay!
The location, while close to the station, made it tricky to find on arrival after a long journey. Plus, some rooms might feel a bit cramped for larger groups, limiting movement and comfort.

Room felt cramped for three people, making it difficult to manage suitcases!!! Noise from nearby bars could be bothersome at night!!! Pillows could use an upgrade for better comfort!!!

Ideal for Families with Children
The location was perfect for us, just blocks from the station which made our trips so much easier for exploring. The breakfast alone was worth it, we had a great selection of both Japanese and Western food items, it impressed everyone in the family.
It was a bit pricey for our taste, but honestly, it was still a good choice.

The Comfort Single Room was super cozy and I loved the little extras like the matcha parfait at the free afternoon tea. The layout was nice, and the hotel provided these cute cards about the temples which were super handy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of gluten-free options. Just wish there was a microwave for late-night snacks!
